If there was a deal made after his first arrest, it must have just involved product. If not, it seems that the only person he rolled over on was himself.
Like someone else said, there’s no way they stopped that 18 wheeler by sheer coincidence. Seems like a really strange deal for law enforcement to make, if that’s the case.
