All husbands lie to their wives dozens of times every day.
Why?
Because the typical woman is too emotional to deal with facts. Something as simple as "I am too tired to go spend a tuesday night with your parents" is the same thing as "I hate you and your family". If you talk to your wife the way you talk to your friends and male coworkers, you will be divorced in 6 months.
Fortunately for me, my wife is not as emotional as 99% of women I see every day. (She is a Science/Math girl). But she is still a woman and thus still too emotional for the truth.
Why?
