Little white lies you tell your SO

My wife can cook if she takes her time, but if she gets in a rush for whatever reason, Lord help me. 
Yesterday afternoon was one of those times she got in a rush, she was already lagging behind getting ready to go to work (nightshift RN) and in the process she overcooked some pork chops. The chops was so tough that I thought I was going to have to break out my hacksaw. She texted me later to see if I liked the pork chops, I told her everything was good, because I didn't want to hurt her feelings by telling her the truth.
What say OT?

i see no issues with it.
90% of what my wife cooks, i really like. 10% nah, but I tell her it was pretty good or "yeah, that was a good change". I just make sure not to rave about it and to rave about the things i really do like that she cooks. That way she continues to cook for me.

I tell her the truth...why lie? Pork chops are hard to do right if you don't pay attention...they dry out and toughen uo....I'm sure she knows this since she ate some of them. So all she really was doing was seeing if you would lie to her...and you did.
