There are a lot of things in todays society that get labeled as racism that are not racism. Most actually.
But thinking that there are certain unfavorable behaviors that are gentically coded into the DNA of certain races, is by definition, racist.
It also shows the inability to look at contributing factors beyond surface-level observations.
