It depends if I take a huge dump then I won't go the next day. I am pretty straight on the timing of the day..early in the morning. If I have to take a dump in the middle of the day it is an emergency..which is never good.

I’m seriously fricked up in this department. I need to go to dr ASAP as soon as I return home from Christmas. I’m sure it’s something simple but by gosh, I’m scared. I go once every other day in general the last couple of weeks, but I think I lacerated something in my rectum because my shite is coming out in the wrong direction. And about 3/4 times, I reopen that wond. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but man, I’m in serious pain after some shits. I’m miserable.

Routine lately has been to shite when I wake up before the shower, get to work and finish a couple cups of coffee in time for the second shite a couple hours before lunch. Flip a coin and if it lands on heads I'll have an encore that somehow only needs to happen right when I get home...it's programmed at this point

Fricking this. Wish I discovered this long ago. Doesn't make you go any more frequently but it helps you go "all the way". Game changer IMO.

I feel like there’s a new cavity caused by the laceration and the shite is trying to come out slightly long ways. I.e. the poi t is pointing down and the long ways is the first part to come out

Don't listen to most of these fatties, the only reason people shite 3 times a day is because they're shoving fried chicken and bon bons down their gullet all day.

If you are eating an optimal diet either at a deficit or maintenence, your body should be using most of the food, not shitting it out every 4 hours.

Simply put, I think I cut a nerve on an arse muscle that’s necessary to facilitate shitting. As a result, I’ve caused several anal fissures when passing. A few times, I felt like I’d healed l, but then, nope, not yet

Recommend a probiotic and fiber supplement. incorporate more veggies into your diet and I don't mean potato chips and rice.
