I usually go about once a day. More if I ate something rich.
I love grapes. Sometimes I'll finish off a bunch at one sitting. In that case they go right through me in about 30 minutes.

1-2 times typically on regular days. On vacation for some reason 0. Don't know what it is, i literally have to force myself when I'm at a hotel. I'm not skittish about restrooms either, at work sometimes the only thing available is a pot o gold. So it's not the facilities.

I used to be a once a dayer but ever since i got my gall bladder removed, I range anywhere between 2 to sometimes 6 a day at the worst... I have found no rhyme or reason as to what affects my bms... pretty shitty if you ask me

Your own bathroom. If it's really messy, you can use wipes, or even shower. You don't ruin the office bathroom for others.

I'd say usually in the evening and probably 2-3 times a day.
One thing I learned years ago for me is that if I try to hold it and wait, it may be hard to get it working for a day or so. Just not worth it.
When I travel, its hard too.
