Went 2 for 3 in our final district ball game. Went to extra innings and I hit single down the 1B line to score the winning run.

10-0 district 5B champs.

Qualified for the Ironman Triathlon by winning age group in a qualifying race.
Ranked 12th in the world for 2500 meter Concept2 erg rowing
All-State in swimming a co-state record holder 400 fee relay
Did 60 pushups in :48 seconds.
Ran 7 miles in 103 degree/ 92% humidity (pretty stupid, actually)

I had an out of my my mind day of track with times I never touched again.

18’ long jump
10.9 split on the sprint relay (got the stick 20 meters back and caught him at the finish line.)
11.5 100 (not my best but enough to win. )
54 second 400 on the mile relay.

None of those are world beaters and I never hit those most of those times again but I just had an “on” day and I (or was on a relay team with that) scored 66 points in a meet.

This was 2A track in the 90s.

As a 12 year old 7th grader as part of the presidential physical fitness awards program back then, I ran the 2 mile run in 10 minutes and 50 seconds. I had been running about 8 miles on many nights in training the spring and summer as a 6th grader preparing for Jr High football.

As a 10 grader in high school, we played Selma. Their senior running back Sam Dejarnette (who ran for over 1500 yards that year, and went on to play at Auburn and then Southern Miss), returned the opening kickoff running towards a sideline and then made a cutback right towards me and I made a textbook tackle stopping him dead in his tracks.

In my freshman year in college at Auburn, there were some Karate tryouts I passed by. My buddies and I wanted to "try out" since there were a lot of girls watching. The black belt instructor had everone in a line, and one at a time was abusing all of the people trying out using some kind of Judo moves or something, slamming people into mats. Anyways, I was pretty good wrestler throughout Jr. High and High School. I noticed he was charging everone and leading with his left arm to grab them. He ran right into one of my favorite moves called the "Fireman's Carry". I shot into that move and was twirling him around like a WWE wrestler, right before I slammed his arse down hard as payback for all of the people he had abused before me.

I made a state champion football player and college football coach one night with my ex wife. Does that count?

Scored 6 goals in a half in park league soccer, including launching one over the goalie's head off the first kick-off. The refs forced my coach to bench me for the second half.

I also nutted up and shot 78 in regionals my senior year. I was mostly a low 40s/low-mid 80s player all season. Missed the cut for state by 1.

You win sir. Thanks for making it back home so you could type those words and this also goes out to our brothers and sisters that did the same over in the sandbox.

As for me, won a few Golden Gloves fights and got a black belt in BJJ.

It was the championship game of a soccer tournament when I was about 12. We went to breakfast before the game and another dad was giving my dad shite about letting me eat chocolate chip pancakes before the game. Ended up scoring 4 goals including a diving header that might have been the best goal I ever scored.

Had a double double in the state championship game senior year in basketball.
Then in the spring I played tennis and soccer. Had a double header for tennis both singles and doubles. Won all 4 matches and as soon as I walked off the court got in the car and drive 30 minutes to a soccer match that night. Started center midfielder and played the whole game scoring one goal in a win.
Winning a state championship In your main sport was awesome obviously but getting to go 5-0 in two different sports in one day was pretty unique

The things I could do in indoor soccer and basketball were unreal when I was a kid. Probably would have been the best shooter in basketball if I stuck with it. It's a gift

I drained a jumper from about 13 or 14 feet out from the side in high school boys and girls club basketball.

It was a legit game where they kept score, etc. There was a league of like ten teams we were in.

Nothing too special, but this is all I got.....

Bowling: bowled a 242 game (scratch)
Soccer: scored a goal from inside the center circle in the middle of a game in high school
Skateboarding: landed a double heelflip off flat-ground
Basketball: went 48/50 from the free-throw line, 20/20 from the 3 point line, and 5/6 from half-court in high school (during practice of course)
