I don't see the down side of this event. They are offering a public service that provides safety for the city

The church I go to has been doing this for years. The primary purpose is to help single moms who cannot afford and do not know how to accomplish simple mechanical/electrical maintenance and repair issues on their cars. The bycatch tends to be college students, not many illegals TBH.

I wonder if they will ask your total household income before providing the service. Tried to get an obama phone just for the hell of it once because the tent was set up near the entrance to the LeBlancs in Plaquemine, did not qualify for the phone because I made too much. Funny how they are ok with using my money to provide the service but I cannot receive the benefit of the service.
