This is just stupid. Do you know many people who use these free phones?

Through my volunteer work, I know a lot of them who use them and I can't say that one of them uses it for this reason you stated.

I've heard more of them call friends, baby mama's/daddy's and dope dealers on their free phones rather than call potential employers on their free phones.

In theory, your idea is nice, it's just not remotely close to what I've seen is happening in reality.
