Biden commuted 37 of 40 federal death penalties, it just means those 37 people will spend the rest of their life in jail. Calm down people.

He’s still alive 30 years after committing the crime, as is Antoinette Franks.
We lose much of the impact of the death penalty when nobody remembers the crimes they committed.
The effect is the same as giving them life w/o parole, which is what Davis has now.

In the case of this one man from NOPD, his death row conviction was upheld or finalized or whatever in 2005. So…let us count the “every presidents” that could have commuted his sentence…

Lets just make sure all the relatives and distant family members of the deceased due to Len Davis are informed as to when, where, and what time he is being released in case they have a couple words for him.

Yeah, you’re completely full of fricking shite when you say that you’re for reducing violent crime and ensuring a fair and effective justice system given how you’ve treated your son with kids gloves and threw the book at thousands of other of drug offenders who did much less than your scumbag son:
As for the three that this piece of shite isn’t commuting, it’s the following (and I won’t mention their names):
Boston Marathon bomber
SC Emanuel AME Church shooter
PA Tree of Life Synagogue shooter
Honestly Donnie should just go full Walter White on their asses anyway because it’s a disgrace these scumbags are all still breathing on the taxpayers’ dime. Shouldn’t be too difficult to convince prisoners to brutally murder a guy who butchered a 12 year old girl (one of the ones whose sentence Biden commuted).

I’m going to say that after a fair trial that Mayorkas better not be breathing come January 19th 2029. He has to face the death penalty and an accelerated one so that he can’t be pardoned by whoever Trump’s successor or the first Dem that comes back to office is.
