Maybe I'll try one of those... I am definitely a bit gun shy after my gummy experience though. I'm not against alcohol alternatives, that's why I tried a gummy in the first place.
First time I saw them locally was the Crescent Canna ones at Rouses. They were good but had a ton of sugar. But now my go to's are Driftee from Urban South. Low calorie. Good, subtle taste. Just try one in place of where your evening wine would be and tell me how you feel. Tell me how you sleep. It's a game changer.

I will try it if I can find it- it sounds like the experience I was looking for when I tried gummies.
Edit... my publix doesn't have it. Would a smoke shop? I'm in SC.

The irony is that this charge is being led by the Bible-thumpers on the Right and the legal weed industry. The Weed Bros. do not want the competition for their state-legalized operations.

There is more illegal weed being grown in California than you realize. All cartel run.

It looks like you have some options.. This is the Crescent 9 locator. If they sell this, they probably sell other brands there.

Thanks, Giant... I've been trying to google and haven't had any luck on it yet, I'll check out your link.

Rand Paul is having a fit over it being included in the bill and he is from Kentucky.

Well, i supported it and then all of the public smoking and smoking in cars driving around started. I don't support it any more.
Precisely. I really don’t need that smell in my life. Some manners would go a long way, but that is too much to ask for.

Oklahoma has very lax medical regulations and there are still huge Chinese illegal grow operations going on in Oklahoma.

As long as medical is still legal and my dispensary is still open. I'm fine.

What if you already have some? Do you have to pour it down the drain or is it just future sales?
Posted on 11/10/25 at 12:17 pm to Ex-Popcorn
Good need to mandatory minimum 5 year sentences for people caught smoking in public. Hate the smell.

Good - may help lessen the putrid smell of skunk

In an unrelated note, the nation's squatted pickup trucks have mysteriously leveled themselves.

Where are you seeing this? The text (pdf) I saw didn't have any mention of it.
Paul's Amendment references Division B. The proposal you posted is only Division A.

Would you mind posting what Rand wants to strike?

From experience. Open a can of whatever you end up buying, pour half of it in your fav yeti or tervis, fill the rest of the way with water and ice. Sip on it like you would a cocktail. Repeat. By the time you finish the 2nd tervis you're starting to feel the effect of the first half of the can. Open another if you wish.
I've found that if Im at a social gathering this method allows me to keeping "drinking" for a few hours without getting destroyed.

This has nothing with THC. THC is already prohibited federally by different legislation. This would only ban CBD with up to 3% THC by volume, or “industrial hemp.”
Many states already have state legislation in the works to qualify CBD as a food additive. This isn’t ending legal THC. Maybe THCa, because that part of the industry started when I was already out of the industry. But California’s industrial hemp program is overseen by my agency.

I have no problem with this. Society has gotten a LOT trashier since 2018.
