This appears to be a thorough investigation. Zurik lays out each day, the duration of each visit in the apt then backs up with "not a single phone call or email where sent" during the apartment visits.

Absolutely delicious to see this corrupt clown get her comeuppence thanks to city-owned cameras -- after all, one of the first things she did after getting elected partly on the promise of dismantling traffic cameras was to leave all of them up for years once her reign benefited from their revenue. All are down now except for school-zone cameras, but her mobile camera units remain in place -- mostly in white neighborhoods, of course.
