Surface, or aloft?
Surface it appears. Sorry I didn't explain it better. Thought we had talked about them enough to just drop them in here.

I just tried to find it and can't find where I saw it on Facebook. But it was a picture from lake shore drive and they had drained it.
My dad's on cppj and he said they were starting it this morning when he got off his call.
Gotcha. Thanks

Watching KPLC but they appear to be in a bunker and don't have any info anybody else doesn't have.

It's got to be.
Also, did it reach the surface? It doesn't actually say it did. Might have failed before hitting.

I'm suspicious of that drop. Maybe gusts? Not really getting FL winds to support that.
Looks like it was at 951 mb and surface level was actually 960, but still, it was 150kt + almost the whole way down.
Definitely would justify a move to 160 or so and Cat 5 if they want to pull the trigger at midnight.

Maybe the sonde hit one of the mesovorts, hence the crazy wind readings?

Watching my sister's ring camera and it shows power outage in Westlake.

Cameron should be in the eyewall within the next 30-40 minutes or so.

What does that show / mean?
The surface wind reading on the chart Slackster posted is 175 mph
ETA: last reading, that is.
