Sure thing. What part of town is she in?
Right now it's pretty windy with the occasional strong gust.

I bet that rain would sting like shite. Never been in any like that.
Was on the parade ground leading up to Gustav. Knew it was time to go inside when the rain began to sting.

Freshwater Canal may break their Ike record here:
That's terrible news for the Vermilion Parish flood prone folks.

He is the blue she'd guy from Harvey, Strom chaser. He is parked on top of one of the rooftops in downtown LC.

Abbeville wind is kicking — raining pretty hard. Electricity blinked but oh so briefly.

Wind is really picking up on Hurricane Track's Cameron Cam.
Can't see shite, but the wind is ramping up.

God bless you all in Louisiana. I am on the Galveston Bay and have been pretty worried about this fricker. Hope everything works out for you all.

Anybody got a good rundown to tide/river gauges to watch for surge?

So talked to my dad, him, my brother in law and myself will be leaving Dallas prolly 730ish to head back to LC. We can all get back in if roads aren't flooded. Got three chain saws to cut our way in.
I have a whole home generator but not sure I will have internet. There is a chance though since is all fiber and buried. I will post if I can.

If you switch over to KLIX radar, you can see the E side of the eye is starting to get going.
