Before everyone argues, NHC says the track has been adjusted slightly to the left.

Last 3 hours has it moving at 297 degrees or so. Earlier today it was moving about 282 degrees so will be anxious to see if this is just a wobble.

Dr. Knabb just said that the chances of Laura being stronger than Cat. 3 are around 40%.

I’ll have to figure that out. I recently moved back and forgot all the stations ?
I wonder how long I’ll be able to use my antenna to tune into KPLC.
I imagine just like the local radio stations will just do storm coverage.
Hope they stay on, I always stream local coverage

I’ve got a cousin in Larry so I’ll chime in - might lose electricity for a day. That’s not evacuation territory unless you’re responsible for the nation’s nuclear codes or if you’re stout.
That's what I thought but I'm trying to be a responsible baw these days.

Holy shite. Weather channel got burned on Marco. Now this fricker is throwing out there that this could be stronger than a Cat 3. They are so full of shite. 3 days ago they were saying they were gonna hit on the same day

Hard to see much if any movement in the track. They moved my Thursday 2a H so can’t really compare as good as I would want.

Those hurricane hunters have giant gonads flying into storms in the dark of night

Guessing this thing moves 3.50 miles west of previous track or 3 1/2 H's.

Pretty sure a minuscule amount of models think Marco will essentially rotate back into the GOM, strengthen, then make landfall again.
