As of this morning it looks like Galveston would probably be as far west she goes. It’s still possible she goes into SWLA too.

Just wanna say thanks to all you weather guys participating in this thread. The info in this thread is always more detailed and explained. And more importantly, accurate. It’s all I pay attention to.
My SO will look at TWC and other social media and start panicking. I will usually parrot rds and the others on here, and she’s convinced I’m some kind of weather guru, normally correct.

I am not sure that Laura does not slow a bit and end up with enough of a curve on Wednesday to shift its target back to SELA and possible reach a CAT 3.

19.2 N is same as the 4AM advisory. Thought they were going to find the center further south
