One time this queen called and asked if we could seat a table for 15 about 20 minutes before closing time, bartender lied and told her we had already closed

Especially to be abused and have all the food and half consumed appletinis sent back and no tip. Then be accused of racism when you grat them.
Its like clockwork.
Another standard was to have queens order gumbo with no rice then call a manager over to complain the bowl wasn't full, the manager would have to explain you get the same amount of gumbo whether you want rice or not.
