Well she’s moving to end the NOPD consent decree which is a major roadblock in recruiting and retaining officers as well as fighting crime.
I’m not a Latoya fan, but there’s no question this is a good thing.

Basically pointing fingers and acting like a clown. Someone asked why hasn't this been fixed in the 5 years she's been mayor. She went straight ghetto and said "you gonna have to come harder than that" without an answer
