The only way to stop the war in Ukraine is the complete surrender and subjugation of Ukraine or the collapse of the Putin regime. I think that much is clear at this point.

First it was no way Zelensky would go to Instanbul and we’d see a bunch of excuses. Now it’s theatrics? Come on man. Your hose is out of control.

NATO could end this today if they wanted to by patrolling the combat line with fighters but they won’t collectively have the balls to make such a bold statement. NATO could announce to both sides it would be conducting security patrols and if the Russians fired on a NATO aircraft then they would be truly fricked. The Russian Air Force would cease to exist as a fighting force after what we would be done to it.

Everyone knew Zelensky would refuse to meet in Istanbul

Zelensky is expected to travel to Turkey this Thursday, regardless of whether Moscow agrees to the proposed ceasefire on May 12. The strategy appears to be more about optics than substance: Zelensky will reportedly refuse to engage in direct talks with the Russian delegation unless Vladimir Putin himself attends the discussions in Istanbul

You should be complaining to the Ukrainian who wrote that. Russia said they would be sending a negotiating team. They did not say Putin was going. Then claiming you will not negotiate unless Putin is there is the definition of Theatrics. Just like Zelensky’s Oval Office visit was Theatrics
"Ukrainian Channel RezidentUA writes:
According to a source within the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak has devised a new diplomatic maneuver aimed at regaining control over the stalled negotiation process.

A Ceasefire accomplishes both goals of Rearming and time to get the fresh kidnapped citizens their 1 month training and thrown into the Front Lines
Then why is Trump demanding the 30 day ceasefire
And if Russia is winning, why don't they just finish Ukraine off? It's been almost 3.5 years.
The USA literally won WWII in 3.5 years fighting on two different continents at the same time. And mighty Russia can't take more than 20% of poor little Ukraine that's right next door?

You are so full of shite. I can’t wait to see how the MAGA faithful turn on you when TRUMP starts shite talking Russians.
Even the slowest runner eventually crosses the finish line.

How Many Countries are in NATO? $300 Billion in funding, intelligence, planning, equipment, weapons systems and NATO fire control. Ukraine should have been in Crimea on the beach at the end of 2023 with that type of Support. The great NATO War Machine has been throughly embarrassed with this War.

Posting facts and the truth is not being full of shite. Trump has already shite talked Russians. Why would I care? That does not bother me at all because I could care less about Russia. My Enemy is the Deepstate/Globalist like Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Victoria Nuland etc. That is why you will never understand MAGA. It is not about Trump or any one individual. It is about a movement of America First and defeating the Deepstate Globalist. Millions of MAGA supporters already criticized Trump when he came out supporting H-1B Visas with Elon Musk. It got so bad, Elon started censoring accounts like Laura Loomer. That is the great thing about MAGA... it's not about an individual, it is about a true movement of defeating the Deepstate and the Globalist who want a One World Government.

ISW Update May 11 2025
quote:
Key Takeaways:
Russian President Vladimir Putin called for Russia and Ukraine to resume bilateral negotiations based on the early 2022 Istanbul protocols that include Russian demands amounting to full Ukrainian surrender. Any agreement based on those protocols would be a capitulation document.
Putin also continues to demand that any negotiations address Russia's perceived "root causes" of the war in Ukraine.
Putin is attempting to manipulate ongoing discussions about a ceasefire and future peace in Ukraine, likely in an effort to undermine Ukrainian-US-European unity around a comprehensive 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accepted Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal to hold bilateral negotiations in Turkey on May 15.
Ukrainian forces recently advanced near Toretsk. Russian forces recently advanced in the northern Kharkiv and Novopavlivka directions.

Recent Pakistan/India conflict is another reason there will never be a natural gas pipeline from Russia to India. Not only will the pipeline have to pass through the gap in high mountains at Kabul, but then go through Pakistan.
