I voted for Trump 3x and I still support Ukraine and hope Putin dies a slow and very painful death. Who the frick are you to tell me what I think? Stick to worrying about Saints uniforms and if they color the end zones or not, that’s more your speed dipshit.

Sec of Defense Hegseth says we need 7 years to compete with Russia in terms of ships. I knew our ship building capabilities was a disaster but this is surprising

The only bodies of water Ukraine had to engage with Russia are The Black Sea and The Sea of Azov.
If the United States had to engage Russia on the water it would involve all major oceans of the entire world.

That includes merchant ships to ferry supplies to Europe. there are serious deficiencies in our merchant fleet's ability.
This has nothing to do with US Navy vs Russia Navy. That would be a cakewalk for the US.

Yes. It's unfortunate that the US did not base its Navy on countering the Russian Navy after WWII...it's a real shame we don't have things solely devoted to tracking Russia's nuclear subs, or anything to counter its one coal*-powered aircraft carrier.
