Lol. They need1,000 to even think about getting the Russians out of Ukraine.
This is like a show. Nice headline until you actually think about it. Meaningless.

We paid for those with taxpayer dollars to use for ourselves. They cost money at some point.
They cost money now to store them.
We are making better now. I see no problem with giving them away if it helps stop Russia.

They ultimately need artillery, and shells. We don't have the production capacity for it.
The depletion of physical stocks means aid will only decline over time.

Maybe. Everything depends on the level of western support for Ukraine.

I don't see any problem selling them to anyone who wants to buy them from us.

Do you think there is any thought in the back of the mind of western leadership that they need to keep some stocks of certain items in their back pocket for Taiwan?
I'm not sure what an invasion of Taiwan looks like or if aid would even be possible depending on how China went about it.

I think the powers that be must have a bet on body counts. Thats all I can figure.
This war has played out exactly like we predicted.

Costing money for 30+ years in storage. FTR, m.we sometimes sell them, sometimes give them away. Depends on strategic importance of the nation which wants them.

You think that Taiwan needs Bradleys and Strykers?

Anyway, good news on that score:
The "thousands of armored vehicles" is exactly what I was talking about.

Wasn't really talking about Bradleys and Strykers, no.
Already gave my opinion on those. Sell them to Ukraine.

We are capitalists. I’d better investors are already planning on how they can make shells and make money doing that.

Weird that we are giving Ukraine stuff then since its not strategically or even practically important.

I bet there’s a very high demand.

I’ve paid enough taxes to build a Bradley or three. I vote to let Ukraine have mine. They don’t even need to put my name on the sides.

Might want to get those over there before late January.

It's a debit card with $750 handed out, no questions asked to anyone who applies. A day later application for more funds, depending on need.
