Educated middle-class immigrants from Muslim countries who already have a vocation or profession and are fluent in the language of their host countries do well.
How many of those Muslims are flooding European countries VS Muslims that rape people on a sinking boat? Rape, stoning a woman to death because she was raped, throw a gay person off a roof, beat a woman to death because her face wasn’t covered, because that’s what a lot of them believe. At the end of the day people like that can’t and won’t truly join Western society because it goes against everything they truly believe in. We already see it in parts of America, hell we have a true believer walking around Washington that’s constantly spouting off her mouth. She just gives you the tip but anyone with common sense knows what she truly feels, and people like her are without a doubt a problem for the West. 28 months after the Russian invasion of Ukraine and it seems like people forgot the other enemy, and that’s Islamic Extremism. Both are enemies of the West at the same time, one invaded Ukraine and started a hot war in Europe that has the potential to get even worse at anytime, while the other is welcomed with open arms into naive European countries.

The refugees seeking haven were poor and disease-ridden. They threatened to take jobs away and strain welfare budgets. They practiced an alien religion and pledged allegiance to a foreign leader. They were bringing with them crime. They were accused of being rapists.
These undesirables were Irish

According to “Conspiracy Theories in American History: An Encyclopedia,” some Protestants feared the pope and his army would land in the United States, overthrow the government and establish a new Vatican in Cincinnati. They believed the Irish would impose the Catholic canon as the law of the land.
Well... they just waited to take majority control of the SCOTUS, and...

Well, this was all accurate

In all fairness, the same was said about Irish immigrants, then about Italian immigrants.

Not really. Those are the norms, not the exceptions.
If they come here and assimilate into our culture, that means they aren't practicing Muslims. They may call themselves Muslims and follow the cultural practices that go along with that (holidays, traditional food, etc), but they aren't really following the religion.

You are conversing with a guy that would love to see this country flooded with Muslim immigrants. Doesn't matter where they are from or who they are to him: Haiti, Africa, Venezuela, Palestinians.. Just open the borders and let them.in. No background checks, Asylum for all!!!

Yep, just like most adherents of every religion. It is part of an identity and history more than anything they're devoted to...
and among the aggressive adherents, they hate the other sects so much there is no unified threat... but even those internal; fights predate the religion and are turf battles between different tribes of people: Arabs (Sunnis) and Persians (Shi'ites)...then one towns Sunni tribe interpreted one word one way and another did another way so they have a blood feud...

Actually, no.

There are sixteen posts on this page, and the one I am responding to is the only one about Ukraine. Seriously, the Poliboard does, in fact, exist. You may not like the fact that it exists, but it does. Those of you trying to turn this thread into the Poliboard suck.
The third German Patriot system is a huge deal for Ukraine. Again, the German systems are truck-mounted and mobile, and they are used near the front to keep Russian aircraft (especially bombers) at a distance. The US-supplied system is stationary and protects Kyiv.

Other than the "adherents of every religion" piece, you're correct. Not every religion is like this at all.

GOP_Tiger is right that we're derailing the thread off topic and I want to be more mindful about not doing that...
quickly, religion for us in the "advanced" or whatever world has progressed beyond being like that because modernity gives us so many other aspects and dimensions of our lives that dilute it.
But every religion in "underdeveloped" or whatever term you prefer parts of the world are all pretty much like that... Catholicism in some parts of South America is still Middle Ages-like in its extremism... I mentioned India and the Hindu Supremacy government of Modi... The Fundamentalist Settlers in Israel... the militant Buddhist (!!!) military junta in Myanmar... all dehumanize their opponents with divine justification and police their own members with pious violence.
