Because we’re stupid and aren’t serious about solving world issues. What we’ve gave Ukraine since the end of 2022 still wasn’t enough for what was needed to seriously tackle this conflict. We were too late and it’s been too late. A complete failure among many administrations and politicians over the years. I don’t know how you handle all of this going forward, but we’re in for some crazy times ahead.

Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has confirmed that the Russian Black Sea Fleet patrol ship Sergei Kotov was sunk as a result of an attack by Ukrainian Magura V5 drones.

Details: It is reported that the Russian Project 22160 patrol vessel Sergei Kotov sustained damage to its stern, starboard and port sides as a result of the strike by Magura V5 maritime drones.
The Kotov was hit in Ukrainian territorial waters near the Kerch Strait.
The value of the sunken ship is estimated at around $65 million.

Ukraine continues to target Russian oil infrastructure, this time in Belgorod. They may have found a real vulnerability: Small drones can have a big impact, it's hard to protect all objects, and there are potentially big economic/logistical implications.
According to open sources, the oil depot of the local subsidiary of Rosneft, JSC Belgorodnefteprodukt, is located in Dolgoye.

The ship had fired Kalibr missiles at Ukraine.

These drones each carry over 300kg of explosives and what's surprising is that they have a range of over 800km. That's enough for a trip from Odessa to Sevastopol - and back again.
Note the location of this latest addition to the Black Sea submarine fleet - the waters off the Kerch bridge. By sea, Odessa to Sevastopol is 303km and Sevatopol to the Kerch Bridge is anothe 320km. If we do the math we can see that patrol boats / barges protecting this bridge are doomed.

Obama and Hillary's Reset Button were in office in 2014. They sent blankets. Under Trump we sent javelins and training. There was zero sign of Russia enlarging the conflict until Biden had flubbed Afghanistan
