Such an immature take. I think it’s an interesting world event so I follow it. My life, nor the lives of 99.99999999% of Americans will not be affected regardless of who wins the war though.
Nope. Your post history over the past 18 months shows that you just enjoy being miserable and you get off on by having a contrary position. You’ve the global affairs of the rant posters who get pissy when JD5 makes an amazing play because he is not an elite pocket passer.

Right. The only possible explanation to not cheering on Ukraine’s every move is misery and contrarianism.

In regards to the last part of your post, I unabashedly support Ukraine's right to fight, but the longer Biden continues to slow-walk the equipment that Ukraine needs to win, the more I question our continuing investment.
It's already a success as far as bleeding a supposed "near-peer", but beyond that, it's time for this administration to shite or get off the pot.
At a certain point we will actually be prolonging the inevitable, as critics of our contributions to the war have claimed from the beginning. I don't believe that's been the case thus far, but again; time to force a conclusion or extradite ourselves.

You thoughtful "moderates" are fans of these two, even as they prosecute their political opponents, cheat in and delay elections, and grift taxpayers for blood money charged to the lives of hundreds of thousands of Christian youths from Russia, White Russia, and Ukraine.

What's the label for those who don't give a frick about Russia or Ukraine and wishes they'd kill each other off?

I haven't noticed you post in this thread but I welcome your contributions. We have a lot of army guys here, a navy perspective would be welcome.

Regardless of what the trolls will tell you, you don't have to be a bloodthirsty chicken hawk or a commie to have an opinion on the largest land war in Europe in the past 80 years.

Honestly I haven't followed it in months. I lost interest when all I kept hearing about was how our glorious leaders were funneling money... I mean "sending aid" to Ukraine like a crackhead with a credit card.

British Defence Intelligence
INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
UPDATE ON UKRAINE 11 August 2023
On 7 August 2023, the Belarussian Ministry of Defence announced that the 6th Separate Guards Mechanised Brigade (6 SGMB) would conduct an exercise in the Grodno area of north-western Belarus, near the Polish and Lithuanian borders.
The ministry said that the exercise intended to incorporate lessons learnt by the Russian military in Ukraine. There is a realistic possibility that the Belarussian troops will be joined by a small number of Wagner Group advisors acting in a training role.
These specific exercises are highly likely part of the Belarussian military's routine training cycle. 6 SGMB's home garrison is in Grodno, and it is unlikely that the formation is currently deployed with the enablers it would need to make it combat-ready. However, Russia is almost certainly keen to promote Belarussian forces as posturing against NATO.

Wee Wee has a point. You do come across that way.
You can be against spending mega dollars to help Ukraine and still oppose Russia and still support Ukraine.
You can support not sending NATO troops into Ukraine and still support Ukraine.
It’s hard for me to understand anyone here supporting Russia, or even staying ambivalent.

I don’t disagree that the Russian invasion is harming Ukraine. Anyone can see that.
What I disagree with is the notion that there is a compromise that will enable Ukraine to go on as an independent state without fear Russia might decide to start war in the future.
That kind of thinking us foolish.
As long as Ukraine is capable of defending themselves, the West should enable them to do so. It’s their fight, but we can surely make Russia pay and pay and pay.

This one seemed odd to me with the wording.

The Armed Forces of #Ukraine performed a miracle, pushing #Russians back to defensive positions, reports the Pentagon.
"So outstanding results in a less than ideal situation. Going forward, we're going to continue to consult with them, we're going to continue to provide them training so that they can take back sovereign territory and ultimately win this fight," said Pentagon Speaker Patrick Ryder.

You can really judge how desperate the Russians are for ANY good news when they equal a threat to Kuypansk to the "liberation" of Kharkiv.
Aleksandr Sladkov is by far my most favourite Russian propagandist. He produces so much bullshite one can only wonder how the guy hasn't exploded yet. Seems that he personally collapsed all Ukrainian lines of defence with his mass.
Characteristic is that he's talking about the difficulties of breaking the first and second lines of defence, which is followed by the collapse of the whole front. He seems to be forgetting that this is exactly what is happening to Russians in the south. But that's not what his audience wants to hear.

An explosion occured in #Moscow
A drone exploded near the Karamyshevskaya embankment.
The mayor of Moscow commented on the explosion in the Russian capital
"An attempt was made to fly one drone over the city. As a result of the air defense work, it was eliminated. No one was hurt when debris fell in the area of ??Karamyshevskaya embankment. There are no serious damages. Emergency services are working on the spot," Sobyanin said.
