Today my tax dollars in the Reagan tradition are going to help bleed Russia out. I see that is a good thing. We just need to keep enough to use against China.

Here, here, as a Reagan Republican, I will state right now that the politards would have tried to run him out on a rail, as suckers to Kremlin propaganda.

They prefer Jimmah Carter and Obama foreign policy.

Meh. Ukraine was part of the USSR for 75 years and the USA prospered during that time. If Ukraine falls, it will not affect the US one iota.

Other than the fact that America, UK and Russia all agreed to guarantee Ukraine's independence if they gave up their nuclear weapons.

They gave up their nukes, but perhaps they shouldn't have trusted us.

You clearly don’t understand Reagan. He was morally opposed to nuclear weapons and went out of his way to avoid a potential Armageddon. He would never have done something this stupid.

Putin never would have attacked Ukraine if Reagan were President.

Here is a link to a map of the war and how it has changed over the course of the war along with troop totals. Interesting to see the difference in troop totals at the beginning, in January, July, and where they are trending as the war has changed.

LINK

I also recommend his videos on WW1 and the Korean war.

Reagan funded warlords. When the Soviets pulled out, they fell into corruption and civil war. The Taliban were religious extremists who had mostly sat out the war in Pakistan. Pakistani intelligence backed them to go in and sort out the chaos because they didn't like the instability on their border. The Afghan people backed them or at least tolerated them because the status quo was so bad.

Weak argument. We allowed them to be slaughtered sine 2014. No lethal aid until 2017.

Thanks for sharing.

Interesting to see the various ebbs and flows as a visual timeline.

LOL
And more drunks than probably anywhere in the world. And by far the most abortions of anywhere in the world.
How many times have you been to Russia and where all did you live/visit there that you know so much about the great place?

Reagan aides funded the Northern Alliance, CIA funded Pashtun warlords.

They have the perfect soil and climate to grow saffron which is worth more and would all but kill Iran's majority share of the market

The Northern alliance wasn’t formed until the mid nineties.
