I bought some pressure vessels from Hanford in 2003. Sold them to Westlake Chemical as mole sieves for incoming natural gas for an ethylene unit. They had never been used

Actual money on equipment spent is way the heck less than that. the majority of what has been sent and will be sent is BONEYARD stuff which will never be used by the USA.

You;d rather pay to have it decommissioned or shipped where it can do some good? Take your pick, bought decades ago.

The Politard denizens must have been Democrats in the 1980's or are they all Green Party members? That would explain their Chicken Little take about nukes. Then again chugging Russian propaganda via Tucker et al is addictive

Do the Russian people see Ukraine as being a mortal threat to the very existence of Mother Russia?

I’ve seen enough 1420 vids on YouTube to tell me some Russian people absolutely believe this. Russian Propaganda is legit. Hell just look at its effect on some people here in the US. Ronald Reagan would be shocked at the fringe republican support of Putin, a Russian dictator for Christ’s sake.

Well, I actually have a shotgun, a rifle and a 4WD.

AND a camp on the Bogue Chitto, near Enon La.

Iron gate and one mile drive down gravel road to paradise.

Not as rugged as I used to be though.

It does matter.
The WH had a tough enough time selling the invasion to the American public with the WMD myth. They certainly would not bet buyin for violations of ceasefire agreements.
The war cost the US over a trillion dollars, too many US lives, diminished US credibity across the globe for a generation, and destabilized the Middle East in ways this still haunt us.
So, yes, it matters.

Chem weapons ability was no myth. Ritter the idiot said that they were there, then later when the Dems and Paultards started whining, he changed his tune.

A hole was preferable to being in a Sherman in WW2.

T-34’s best tactic was rush the German Tigers and Panthers and Mark 4 tanks that all out ranged the Soviet’s tank gun so they had the advantage to stand-off and fire then maneuver. The Russians would just send a wave of tanks right at the German tanks and ram them. They could replace tanks like we could Shermans. A Sherman’s only chance with a Tiger is hitting it in it’s arse end. The British had the firefly Shermans with the longer barrel that could penetrate the German tanks from distance. Short barrel Shermans would need to be close to penetrate.

Surprised these guys in the eastern front aren’t using tunnels more. That would help keep you out of the drones’ eyes and probably be warmer in the wintertime too. F being in the open in a trench for a drone to just drop a grenade on you.

A lot of Ukrainian houses have basements that you see guys living in when they are on the front lines.
