I dont really understand the significance of that. Belarus boarders Russia. They can't launch anything from Belarus that they couldn't just launch from a few hundred miles away in Russia.
I kinda understand the political implications, but it seems tactically irrelevant.

This is what the US and Europe are attempting right now.
It's a dangerous game being played.

Did I just hear that Ukrainian drones took out that 3 mile convoy?

Okay, so now I have seen speculation that both Poland and Denmark are going to allow "volunteers" to join Ukranians in their fight. This could prove to be a very important piece of the puzzle going forward.
Denmark and Poland both have very capable SOF. Just sayin'
Another thing I've been thinking for a while is that the Ukrainians are having amazing luck finding these poorly defended columns to light up, or someone is feeding them real time targeting info.
Further thought:. Paradoxically the firm response by NATO and others reinforces Putin's paranoia. It confirms that the world is against Russia and he had to act.

But only him and his cronies truly believe it. Problem is he's the one who has his finger on the button

Yes, and we only have 3.5 hours until Russia is fricked.

This is not accurate. He has a follow up that states he was misquoted. Kyiv is not surrounded according to him.
I saw that. I thought I had posted the follow up, but I don't guess I did.

If this succeeds, this will go in the military achievements history book and the left is going to never stop crying lmao

AND NOW THIS ... (Reuters) - A referendum in Belarus on Sunday approved a new constitution ditching the country's non-nuclear status at a time when the former Soviet republic has become a launch pad for Russian troops invading Ukraine, Russian news agencies said.
In no way am I justifying Putin moving nukes into Belarus but the way he looks at it is that we have nukes in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Turkey so....
Why he decided to do this shite now is the question but his age is probably a big factor and supposedly he's been scared of covid and isolating himself so maybe that plays into it somehow.
And he had to do it when he held leverage over Europe with natural gas supplies and with winter on the way out, this may have been his now or never time.

Yep. There's video of a drone strike on a column. I'm not sure if it was that one or not. There have been at least two huge columns taken out in as many days.

A question for those of us preferring to talk about the situation rather than pushing their tribe's politics...
If Russia (or those in common defense agreements with them) did not have nuclear weapons, do you think we would be providing aerial assistance over Ukraine? I think NATO would have had planes in the air the second Russia crossed the border.
The unfortunate reality is that they do have nuclear weapons and this is creating the Chinese playbook for Taiwan.

Just about every major western country that has worked with US SOF has great guys.

Live feed of the bunker where the drone pilot is located

Really?
Come on. The rest of the world is working to isolate Russia to where they are similar to NK.
It certainly looks that way from Moscow and that is why I said a dangerous game is being played. Aggressively pushing a nuclear state into a corner is something that has never been done to the level.

Here is apparently where Russia is according to a Pro Russia source?

I think the play is to get the oligarchs to take putin out from the inside. They are getting backed into a corner financially but really only one guy takes the public ego hit if the money guys pull the plug on vladdy

I just said that to my wife. Oligarch’s assets are all being frozen because Putin invaded. I wouldn’t be surprised if a few of them attempted to have him killed.
