INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
Medical provision for Russian combat troops in Ukraine is probably growing worse. Some newly mobilised Russian reservists have been ordered to source their own combat first aid supplies, with the advice that female sanitary products are a cost-effective solution.
Medical training and first-aid awareness is likely poor. Some Russia troops have obtained their own modern, Western-style combat torniquets but have stowed them on their equipment using cable-ties, rather than with the Velcro provided - probably because such equipment is scarce and liable to be pilfered. This is almost certain to hamper or render impossible the timely application of torniquet care in the case of catastrophic bleeding on the battlefield.
Russian troops' lack of confidence in sufficient medical provision is almost certainly contributing to a declining state of morale and a lack of willingness to undertake offensive operations in many units in Ukraine.

They are trying to flee. Along roads under fire control of Ukrainian forces.
So, we'll see how many actually get out. My bet is that a lot of them won't.

For example, until this this year's invasion, Apple Maps had included Crimea as part of Russia.
Now, Crimea is seen as just another illegally seized territory (which it always was, of course).

My sauce(s) in Ukraine say that the Russian troops they have captured in the last few days were carrying iodine tablets.
ETA: Ukraine has also redeployed and spread out their reserves. They have reliable intelligence that Putin is planning on using nukes on the crossings over the Dnieper. Some of the Russian generals are talking about it on unsecured coms. So some people are thinking that is a trick to scare the Ukrainians to agree to a ceasefire on Putin’s terms.

I’m just amazed everyday that we’re in this type of situation in Europe. I never thought of Putin as a good guy, but I never imagined he would just lose it and do shite like this.
It is crazy though cause Putin said this “special operation” was in place to wipe out the Nazis, or to not allow NATO to creep onto the Russian border, and the poli board ate it up and believed it to be true. Wonder if they’ll realize now that they were believing in BS propaganda this entire time. Putin and Russia’s intentions are clear as day now.
