I totally agree.

Well, F-35 purchases have been halted after discovering that a titanium alloy PART manufactured by a 3rd tier US manufacturer was using a Chinese sourced titanium alloy.
My guess is that the titanium ore came from, China, Russia or Ukraine, and alloyed in China before being shipped here. I don't think that there is any Titanium in the USA to be mined.
Note the the SR-71 used titanium from the USSR during the Cold War.

I agree that we should do it. Where we disagree is you believe we shouldn't do anything else until we fix the internal issues. We will never have all of our internal issues fully resolved. I agree it needs higher priority than it currently holds. However, we cannot wait for a day that will never come prior to addressing geopolitical issues.

I'm more pissed that the Biden Administration has spent 6 TRILLION dollars and not taken care of the troops than I am that they spent $100 Billion to destroy Russia's army without losing any American service members. In my thinking, that $100B expense is going to pay itself back several fold.
BTW, I was very amused when you responded saying this on a poli board thread. Taking into account, the nature of that place and all of your upvotes, it went way over their heads.

We haven't even actually spent $50B even in equipment, in Ukriane.

If you down vote taking care of Americans first it only shows you're not an American or you're against this country.
It’s not an either or decision.
The fact is our leaders do not consider border security, issues with our soldiers, and etc. as a high priority; or they would spend money to fix these issues.
Instead they spend money to adjust the climate, Covid, or on special interests.

I never said you don't have a right to disagree but if you do then you're not a true American nor believe in putting us first. If you feel it's divisive it's because you know what I said has merit.
You believe this because you have a poor understanding of the situation. If America did not intercede to stop the Russians in Ukraine they would have succeeded. Then they would have reconquered Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, etc. This would have been devastating to the people of the US, who would have ended up paying $300 per BBL for oil.

We haven't actually given $100 Billion of cash to Ukraine, a lot of that was for weapons that need to be replaced by our defense industry which means more jobs and $ into our economy. With Russia shitting the bed on the battlefield, no one is going to want shitty Russian weapons, we're getting ready to sell $100's of billions of equipment to the world. At least we'll get something tangible from our Ukrainian assistance
To be fair, there is at least some cash transfer overseas in the form of Lockheed Martin employees paying for happy endings at that Asian massage parlor down the street from plant. Baws gotta relax after all that overtime.

That's an opinion based off of nothing. It's also a scare tactic. You have no substance to back your statement. I believe in America First.

This on the other hand is an unconfirmed report; however, it is inline with other unconfirmed reports.

We get it. You believe in not sending funding to help Ukraine. You can have that opinion. Start another “America First” thread if you want to. But this constant thread hijacking is ridiculous.
Many here are in favor of supporting Ukraine. That is what is happening, and is what will continue to happen until this is over. That’s the topic we are trying to discuss. Deal with it.

The fact that I think we should have border control, energy independence, and not be teaching our young kids about transgenderism should not make me an enemy of the state.

IMO, SOS is providing a classic example of the fallacy of relative privation. We can address both of these issues, just because the political will doesn’t exist to address problem A, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t address problem B.
