Is that sarcasm or are you just not paying attention? Russia's technological weapons have mostly proven to be a dud for the most part either because the Russians cannot produce enough of them to make a difference (i.e. hypersonic missilies) or their tech is junk (i.e. their modernized MBTs).

Make your argument. What class of battlefield technology does Russia have an advantage in? Then cite specific examples and explain why you think they are more advanced.
