Gonna be a lot of upset PT posters if their favorite news source the RT gets shut down. Where are they gonna get all their Russian propaganda from?

Books will be written about the ongoing battle for that airfield. It is a terrible one for Russia to try to take. It is wide open with very little cover.

A lot of these actions are more about optics than actually harming Russia. So many of these nations are dependent on Russia for energy. If Russia decides to cut them off, we’ll find out quickly how far these nations are really willing to go to defend Ukraine.

I've had weird vibes about this entire thing for a whike. Maybe it's the reality TV like nature of traditional and social media surrounding it, but it just all seems like we're watching something different than what is going on.
I also noticed all the Ukrainians on the ground being interviewed on fox seem well spoken, intelligent, excellent English, and well prepared. I guess they are vetting, but it just feels off.

President's Office: Sumy fully returned to Ukrainian control.
Presidential advisor Oleksiy Arestovych wrote that despite earlier reports that half the city was under Russian control, it has now returned fully to Ukrainian control.

No, Ramzan Kadyrov is the high ranking official of the Chechyan army and a Putin BFF.

The first paragraph of that description is fricking hilarious

Didn't Kadyrov just say none of his people are in action but they're prepared to go?

Multiple planes currently in the air seem to be turning back and headed out of Russian airspace.

Certain Western Airlines may have just been Banned from Russian Airspace, more info to come very soon, if this is the case this would be quite massive.

From my understanding, they are in Ukraine. There are videos of Chechyans have been taking over UA bases.

if we're fed a line that the Ukrainians are sticking it to the Russians, and willing to fight to the last man, when really they aren't, then we may wind up sending in troops into a situation that is more or less like Afghanistan (or Iraq, or Vietnam), at least in the sense that the locals aren't as good at or as interested in fighting the enemy as we are being told by our media. It certainly has happened before.
100%
But I don't really blame Ukranians for pulling out all the stops to get help. To the extent that includes quagmire for the US, then I hope they fail. But I get it and we'd do the same.

That is just the nature of social media. There will be fake reports that will spread fast. With the case of Ukrainian propaganda, the entire world on social media is looking for heroic stories out of Ukraine. Why do you think ghost of Kiev story was reposted so much ?
As far as English speakers.. Ukraine is a European country. There’s going to be a decent amount of English speakers. Especially since Ukraine has become more western in the last 10 years or so.
