It's interesting that Ukraine is expecting a Russian change of tactics tonight in Kiev.
They believe Russia is going to attempt sabatoge since the heavy armor columns stalled. Thus, they've declared a curfew from 5pm to 8am.

Part of me agrees. But I also don't think Putin needs an excuse to indiscriminately kill citizens.
In fact, I worry that the next phase of Russian aggression is going to be vile and potentially involve chemical weapons.
