An attack on a military unit in Kyiv repelled by Ukraine's military.
Russian invading forces attacked a military unit on Kyiv’s left bank overnight, but Ukraine’s forces were able to successfully fight it off, according to the Land forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

There were never a point in the Iraq invasion where the US suffered anything close to what the Russians have suffered so far
So you’re going to compare the failed state of iraq whom most surrendered to a NATO armed willing to fight back Ukraine?

It’s always about real estate and natural resources.

Matveev is very unlike most Duma deputies, however. He’s been active in opposition politics for a decade, and won his seat in September with support from Navalny’s Smart Voting, one of its few victories.
Still, to publicly voice that opposition to the world at this point is pretty significant.

Russia invading Ukraine is directly tied to China invading Taiwan. If the Ukrainians successfully fend off the Russians, then China probably won’t invade Taiwan since that is a far more difficult invasion despite their size differences. With Ukraine, WWIII isn’t as much on the table (10% is my guess). With Taiwan it’s I’d say 40%. Sorry, but China and Taiwan will be brought up in the thread since that’s the actual focus more than Ukraine in this shite show

quote:Sorry I'm trying to catch up baws. Right now most of the conservatives are in Orlando at CPAC. Rubio is the first to go as far as he did but FNC had a few others on tonight who you could tell knew something but were not going to be the ones to put it out there. Like I said in my last post, I have a bad feeling that the evacuation of Zelensky will involve an incident that triggers Article 5.
Did the CIA or pentagon anoint Rubio as their mouthpiece for leaking intel or something for this war?

Now would be a great time to spring Navalny out of prison

If Ukrainians are losing the Web, it's very bad. As
@RALee85
has argued, continued connectivity has been deliberate on Moscow's part, so Ukrainians could witness Russia's crushing superiority. If comms are dying now, it seems Russia doesn't want the public to see what's next.

Grain of salt. Saw tweets from this account shared and decided to scroll the account. Could be old, could but response to NATO troop and equipment movements East because of the war, could be something else.

Black bag, plausible deniability. These happen rather frequently (in the big picture) and we don't go to war over them, it is baked into the thought process.

And they're rolling cell phone jammers, too. So, no communications going out. This was always going to happen, it was just a matter of when.

And this electronic warfare deployment could include deploying Krasukha systems to try to disrupt the operation of US E-8 JSTARS aircraft that have been flying over Ukraine to track the movement of Russian units.

The deployment of the Su-35S squadron, two S-400 battalions, and high-level electronic warfare systems like the Krasukha-4 in Belarus also help Russia defend Kaliningrad in the event of an escalation.
Meh. I was around when they were developing the krasukhas and to be frank, they really aren’t worth two Mercedes in a poultry baking contest. I mean two year prior, we released the Halinscnickov prototypes (the first AND second editions) and while they were good on fuel they really didn’t deliver the baggage goods from the wham wham if you know what I mean
Ultimately, it’s a terrible idea lol I don’t think I’m going on out on a limb by saying that you need to be careful with the latest tech when it goes from gravy to creole tomatoes
