Didn't someone say in the last thread that taking down these statues was impossible anyway because they are some type of registered monument. I think I remember him saying that to take it down, you have to replace it with an exact replica and create the exact clones of the surrounding area (streets, buildings, etc).
Either way, these people are just trying to stay relevant. The statues were there before they were all in office, and they magically now become offensive? Really shows how much the statues hurt people
It's comical that they completely ignore all of the major problems affecting the city, and instead choose to shift their focus on something that doesn't affect anyone at all. Bravo city leaders. Way to move the city forward and spend that budget you always complain about.
Black drivers piss me off, so I would like to take down all black monuments.

He can't keep the bums from using the front lawn of city hall as their personal bathroom and campsite, but wants to do this. I complained to the sherrifs at city haul that one of the bums exposed themselves to me as I passed and they did nothing about it. What a joke, new Orleans has major problems that need to be solved and removing the monuments are not even at the bottom of the list
