This also reminds me of this video I saw awhile back. You can fast forward through a lot of it because there are parts where the cops are just trying to reason with people, this it is a complete shite show..

The sucka punch at the 56 second mark was one of the shittiest punches I ever seen a man throw... Well.. maybe not that bad, but if he was in a boxing match, swinging that arm out the way he did would get him lit up..
