Judge also finds the landlord has no legal reason to evict her even though she hadn’t paid rent in over 500 days. Of course only in Cali….

She should hire that law firm KStout mentioned last week in thr thread about the Seattle guy that lives in his van in front of his house.

If I was one of these landlords it would be hard to resist taking matters into my own hands...

No it wouldn't. And I'd burn that judges house down.

I dont understand why is it so hard for the legal system to protect property owners from garbage people like this.

This is why you can't cut corners in a place like Cali

Take the doors off all exterior doors.
Or
Sell the place and have the new owners evict her as she would have no contract with them.

You've got to be an idiot to buy rental properties in democratic states

Seriously. I'd want to hire a few 'hood rats to stage a home invasion and kill her arse.

Marxists don't believe in private property rights.

Is a legal system that doesn't work really even a legal system?

The judge said she can stay there legally even though it was not legally permitted for occupancy which makes it illegal for someone to live there.
Makes perfect sense.

Because that particular legal system doesn't believe in private property. Well, unless it their property. Then that's totally (d)ifferent.

Sell the place and have the new owners evict her as she would have no contract with them.
