Will they be arresting others who regularly, and quite loudly, yell that same certain slur repeatedly, some might say compulsively, on a daily basis?

Targeted because of their race of course, have to appease the minority.
Freedom of speech.
No such thing as "hate speech" in terms of the buzz word. But there is hateful speech thats just not nice to say.

See my post above. Are you really trying to argue that there isn't extreme hypocrisy when it comes to the use of that word?
Nope. I’m saying that it wouldn’t constitute Disturbing the Peace, while the OP would. Both can be true.

I'm kind of skeptical that they can really win a conviction here, and really the arrest is probably to send a message more than anything.
But I'm not sure that noise from a car is really regulated as much as noise from a house.

Go to any Walmart, and they could fill the paddy wagon up in a minute for people being loud and using the N-word.
I don't shop at Walmart a ton, but I went a couple of times in the last two weeks to pick up snacks, a USB cable, etc. -- the in store experience was totally normal.
It was early in the morning at like 8 am on the way to work. Maybe that was the difference maker compared to being there on a Friday night or weekend.

Are the people you're referring to using a loudspeaker to broadcast it to taunt others?
sure are. I had to sit next to some ghetto dweller in a Dodge Charger the other day whose music was loud enough for the public to hear it. And it was a stream of racists (as defined in this case) language. Should he have been arrested?

Are you idiots under the impression that black people don’t get cited or arrested for disturbing the peace or noise complaints all the time?
As they should by the way, but this is more fake outrage snowflake bullshite from the high and mighty OT. Absolute pussy shite

See, free speech in the US is only an illusion. Like most of our "Freedoms"

I have zero sympathy for them. Using the N word in this day and age is beyond stupid.

Nuance is often lost upon the ignorant

What other words should get the same treatment?
How about topics?

No clue, just know enough it isn’t worth even mentioning that word. Just dumb if you do.

find it interesting how I see posts on here every day claiming that black people are dumber than elephants (to name one thing I saw just today), among other racist things. Yet I don't see the n word on here. That word seems to be where the people on the board draw the line on civility.
We here are gentlemen and scholars.
Saying the N word is for common folk. What needs to be understood is that “racism”, as defined by the powers that be, does not need to come with ill-will towards anyone. In fact, quite the opposite, but most people are not ready for that understanding.
