But how many are on the jury and are easily swayed by CNN commentary?
You know that network is still going after Kyle and vilifying him regardless of the prosecution's performance.
Further, I expect a Biden tweet to the jury about "doing the right thing"

I love this judge....dude is pissed

I think it’s safe to say that the judge is NOT happy with that prosecutor

You can spot in this thread, those who hold the media as the abject authority and believe fairy tales.

Buddy just got his arse handed to him

I don’t know the Wisconsin law on that or what the level of misconduct by the prosecution it takes to get to that, but I’m confident it’s pretty extreme and rare.
What about a mistrial "with prejudice", which is what the defense counsel said he would ask for?

It’s a thread full of people who hate the vile left for bringing this to trial

Kyle is a sharp young man...kinda 100% opposite of the dead and shot.

The “media” change of heart even based on this trial is also fricking laughable.
“wE jUsT dIdNt hAvE aLl tHe fAcTs…”
Basically everything that has come out in Kyle’s defense was available to the media and online literally the next day. They purposely ignored it/maliciously edited it for their newscasts and to fit their “white man bad” narrative
frick them all and they can shove their “apologies” up their arse

I am waiting for any minute for the judge to go off again

Isn't gonna take much next time.

They are trying this case now for public sentiment and if they declared a mistrial with prejudice it would taint the public perception of Kyle Rittenhouse because the media would slant this as a home cooked deal. Very smart decision to put Kyle on the stand IMHO.

The judge is 100% going to supplant Kyle as the target of the left's ire if he is found not guilty.

Which proves we don't have a fair and independent media.
You cannot have a democracy under the conditions we currently have.

It's bullshite, but I believe it's been ruled that the media does not necessarily have to present facts, because they are treated as a form of entertainment.

The prosecution here is outright despicable. Say what you will about the Chauvin trial, but I think both the prosecution and defense did a pretty good job even though I don’t think the prosecution proved the case beyond a reasonable doubt. But no ill will towards any of them since they simply did their jobs. It was basically everyone else around that trial that was disgusting.
The prosecutors are just a bunch of animals here. Just bad at their jobs and horrible people altogether.

This is true.
And the "free and independent media" which is a tenet in the ranks of democracy does not exist.

The only person I’ve heard this from is Ana Kasparian. Go look on Twitter right now. Most are doubling down and taunting Rittenhouse.
