The woman being kissed said that she didn’t want him to kiss her nor did she kiss him back. So that actually does fit with the “narrative”. But it does seem like a petty thing to be upset about for whoever did this.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was teenagers or something who decided to do it as a joke. "Hey, let's spray #metoo on it and watch this thing blow up all over social media", but at the same time it wouldn't surprise me if some crazy woman saw that the guy recently passed away and.... In her mind, remind everyone that this was sexual assault (I am not saying that, I am saying that's what some crazy bitch is thinking).
Either way, the guy said he was in the streets with his girlfriend (who became his wife) and he had a few drinks in him and the war had just been announced it was over. Out of excitement he just grabbed the lady and planted one on her. His girlfriend or the girl didn't really think much of it because of the excitement going on. This man fought in WWII, was excited about the war being over.. Did no harm to anyone... And there are a group of people who makes it out to be a huge deal. Those people need to go get fricked.
