She looks rough, but it’s 90% that awful outfit & hair. Google says she’s wearing that on set while playing a character from the early 1990s in central Florida.

Yeah, it's a little too early for her to look like that. But, you OT romeos won't mind that at 45. She seems to have gotten rid of the snaggletooth, so that adds some points.
