I just got back from Chicago and damn near had a panic attack when I landed in Houston.
My arse needs to move North sooner than later. I need to buy something I can spend May-August in, then go back when I want to.

No a/c? The only other reference I’ve seen to having no a/c is Paul MaGowan from ps audio. He has a beautiful house with no a/c.
