I don't know, I tried some sugar free energy drinks for a few days and around 3pm I was ready for sleep.

If your job permits, go for a 30-45 workout. Other than that, you need to get off the wagon and get back on the caffeine.

I usually eat an apple or a banana in the afternoon when I'm tired at work. I think just the act of eating wakes me up a little bit
