Katy, TX man attacks cyclist with metal pipe on bike path

I mountain bike and the difference in attitude between roadies and off road bikers is huge. Most roadies act like entitled pricks, this guy may have had it coming.

Did you watch the video? I can't see anything the rider did that warranted any reaction, much less an attempt to send the guy over his handle bars.

The flip side is many pedestrians have zero awareness for their surrounding and others. You will have groups of two or three people taking up the entire trail and leaving no room to pass.
Source: Road cyclist on the trails frequently and I encounter many clueless pedestrians.
The cyclist in this story could be an a-hole but there is usually some blame to place on the pedestrians.
