He’s vastly underpaid for that role if so. I think he pulls less than a mil per Fast movie he does.

chappelle said after he signed his big contract, he was filming a sketch for the show and there were some jokes he wrote specifically for black people and the black POV and he noticed some white people on the crew laughing at the jokes.
it freaked him out and he realized he had sold out and lost his way, so he told comedy central he was quitting the show and he dropped out
