This dude is a nut. Everything he has said, at least when I have listened, is that he is pretty much saying "its possible this could happen. I don't know if its likely" When AJ asked him if it was possible could have gone in out of space he pretty much said "anything is possible. Its not likely, but its possible".

Catching up and listening to the direct where they brought up a “similar case” of car vs pedestrian with no broken bones in the arms or legs …. Then casually mention the patient had multiple rib fx and a liver laceration. Who thought this was a good idea? Their whole point was that it is possible to get hit by a car at 25 mph and not break bones but then you go on and illustrate what injuries we would expect a person hit by a car (ie multitrauma) I’ve seen many car vs ped injuries at various speeds and mechanisms over the last 20 years . This man was not hit by a car. And what a way to highlight it to the jury. The CW is ridiculous.

Well he will be on the witness stand all day tomorrow. Bev or whatever people call her... Plans on ending the day at 1PM because someone on the jury has an appointment and she asked the defense of they could rap it up by days end tomorrow because she she didn't want the witness to have to come back and the defense told her they would try, but they were not going to rush things just to be finished by a certain time.

Based on testimony from Brian Higgins his Jeep that had a snow plow was parked in the road in front of the house. If Karen did do the reverse that is claimed by the state I don’t see how she wouldn’t have hit the snow plow on the jeep.
Welcher testified to it again that at the time the trigger stopped recording she was still going 24mph in reverse. How would it be possible for that have happened and not hit the snow plow on the jeep?

I'm not a Turtleboy fan in the least but this video illustrates - in perfect weather conditions (ie. no snow, no other vehicles around etc) how difficult it would be to run someone over at the 34 Fairview location in a much smaller SUV than KR's.
