So O'keefe was missing a shoe that was never found?
He was searing one shoe and they found the other one near him close to the street.

Everyone and Chloe knows the other shoe was stuck in the undercarriage of Karen's Lexus!

I cannot believe this meteorologist is still on the stand discussing windchill. The jury must be holding their eyelids up at this point.

Why?
Prosecution didn't have any point to make during their questioning. Perhaps to establish just the visibility? Seemed pointless.

I think they said four people, including O'keefe had gone down to the basement..
Who is "they" and how would they possibly know this?

I could be wrong, but I think it was mentioned in the first trial. They.. The women who were there who supposedly didn't go down to the basement.. Jennifer McCade, etc.
I can be absolutely wrong about that, but I thought it was mentioned O'keefe had gone down there with three others. The Abert who owned the house, his brother and his nephew.

0.2" of snow fell on the 28th, and snow fell at a rate of 0.3"/hr until 1am. So why was there more than 0.5" of snow under Officer John O'Keefe's body?
there was without a doubt more than 0.5" of snow where John O'Keefe's body was. The CW says the accident happened at 12:31am. So this is proof that John o'Keefe did not lay there since 12:30am and was placed there after!
Judge end the sham!

Holy shite I just realized something else after looking at the street view... The prosecution is claiming she went in reverse at 24mph to hit okeefe. That would put her approximately at the southern neighbors driveway at a distance to gain that kind of speed in reverse.. The street has a slight curve in it there!!! You ever tried to back up straight at 24mph?? Now try it in a curve!! This is bullshite!!
The defense should definitely bring this up in their reenactment.
Y'all are thinking way to much into the who there's no way she could have backed up 60ft because of the curve... This is a screenshot of 60 ft from the flagpole. It's not a very big curve at all.

You said "they" said that four people including O'Keefe went down to the basement. I'm asking you who said that. Because everyone that was there has said the O'Keefe never entered the house.

Well, I did say I thought those in the house, like Jennifer McCade, said that he went down in the basement. I don't have every single fact on this so if I make a mistake my bad...
But again, to specifically answer your question.. I thought it was mentioned in the first trial, which I didn't follow at the time. It might have been mentioned in the HBO special? I don't know. I am doing other stuff when I am watching parts of it all and I am not perfect so its possibly I just made a mistake.

Gotcha. Well to answer your question, no one has said that John ever went into the house, except for Karen Read. Everyone else has said the exact opposite. I understand that you don't know every single fact of the case, but that is a pretty major fact that you just made up.

On the Law & Crime page they just asked "Do you think the police investigation is raising reasonable doubt and with 4200 people having already voted at the time.. 85% answered yes.
