Also, she’s the one who lied about being friends with Caitlin Albert.
Yeah, she just made it seem like her and Caitlin Albert sort of ran in the same circles, but didn't really know each other, but there are pictures with her and Caitlin Albert on vacation together, pictures of them at a baby shower, etc.
She has been coached.

Something else that makes absolutely no sense at all. If Karen really said that she hit John, there would have been an accident report filled out and she would be going downtown in the back of a police car. No EMT or LEO had anything written down on scene saying that Karen said that.

Per Attorney Bederow:
“Yikes. Did McLaughlin just kneecap Nuttall's "I hit him x 3" claim (during compressions on the ground) by stating that Nuttall was inside the ambulance with the doors closed when Karen made the alleged admission and then add the fact that SHE told Nuttall "I hit him x 3?”

Now we find out that Katie did take notes after testifying that she didn't take notes because that is the job of her boss.

I thought for sure Aunty Bev would want to finish by July 4 so she could be drinking white claws and doing her crab walk at the cape. There’s a hell of a lot more people testifying in 2.0 and I have seen some practicing Massachusetts attorneys that say they haven’t seen things done in court the way she is.

Yes! Attorney Bederow caught that as well:
“we've had solo cups, stop and shop bags, and leaf blowers. Now we have winter gloves acting as a notepad in the middle of a blizzard.”

All kinds of YouTubers covering this case nowadays:
Microdots
Lawyer You Know
The Young Jurks
LTL Media
Attorney Melanie Little
Attorney Andrea Burkhart
Defense Diaries
I watch all of the above, but to bring the blood pressure down, I also watch
“Auntie Deb” he comes up with some SNL-type content that makes fun of the judge and all of the Commonwealth witnesses. He said Aunty Deb’s Cape crab walk is the Great White Shark’s Super-Attractor, lol! Much needed laughs considering the stress of these two trials that corruption manifests.

Lt. Gallagher seems pretty seasoned. AJ cross will be interesting.

The judges reply to objections makes my head hurt and I'm not a lawyer. The "i'll allow it. Do you know that?" seems like a weird response to an objection. Shouldn't her reply be either "Sustained" or "Overruled"?

And it sure seems the prosecution get alot more I'll allow its than the defense

Yes! She doesn’t allow you to state reason for objections, she leads the world in number of side baahhs and she pretty much leads the witness if they are testifying for the commonwealth.

Ghallager’s cross is making me sweat … and I am stunned there has been no objection or sidebar in the last 5 minutes. Has to be a record!

There is video, after O'keefe was found, of Karen yelling "I hit him!" three times.
Earlier she had asked one of the other women "what if he got hit by a plow?".
After realizing O'Keefe was dead, I think she thought she hit him when she left the Albert house earlier. I guess she was trying to piece things together. She had been drinking that night and she couldn't find her boyfriend so she wasn't exactly in the best state of mind.
Karen was on camera seen backing out of O'keefe's garage and she appears to back into his vehicle. The thing is, the piece of headlight that was found at the scene was found almost 12 hours later, by the detective who was recently fired from his job. The one who was texting people and talking about his investigation in which he said something about he wish Read would just die, etc..
The video in here is the important part. Its a little biased in favor of Read, but the video does show her SUV hitting O'keefe's vehicle.

IMO, I think when Karen was yelling hysterically "I hit him!", I think that's when someone came up with the idea of putting it on her. She yelled she hit him. Then one of the people involved had gone to O'keefe's. They see the pieces of taillight from where she hit his SUV. In the link, it shows that if the taillight would have been there all night it would have been covered in snow, instead it was visible and should have been seen when his body was found.
I will be shocked if they find her guilty. And while we will never know, I will be shocked if the Alberts (at least the owner of the house and his brother) were not involved in something they shouldn't have been.
It could be some Cop Land type shite.

I wish AJ would stand at the microphone.. He's hard to hear and when the witness answers my coworkers can probably hear it..
