WTF? Bev is making the defense put on the dog bite expert before knowing what she can talk about even though Brennan has known about this witness.

Bev is obviously going to deny this for no real reason but she'll say it's because the defense didn't object at the time. Which is why Alessi said it was never shown to Jackson before showing Wolfe but Bev won't care.

I actually think Hank is the best lawyer on either side. He has had some really good crosses of very difficult defense witnesses. The problem is he is slimy and has intentionally lied to the court multiple times and now, if Alessi is correct, blatantly misconstruing evidence in front of the jury.

This really disgusts me, after watching Karen’s two trials:

I thought we were searching “the truth” and “justice” here.
From all appearances the CW started with the conclusion of “KR did it” and is now post hoc pulling facts and painting a story to justify said conclusion while ignoring obvious contradictions and expecting us to not trust our lying eyes and insulting our intelligence.
Hank is the conductor and presenter of this steaming pile of shite and for that fact he should be disbarred and banned from practicing.
We know he won’t because the whole system is corrupt and not about “justice” and never has been.
Hank is exhibit A for why the general public holds such a dim view of attorneys.
Let us all pray we don’t end up in the defendant chair like Karen.

Brennan represented that holes in the back on John O'Keefe's hoodie were possibility from road rash. When in actuality the holes are from the state performing test on the hoodie. Brennan had to know this and if he didn't that not a defense.
