I still can't get passed the fact they "rehomed" the dog after three months, but they had the dog removed from the house the day O'keefe was killed. That on top of O'keefe's wounds appearing to be dog bites. That alone should get this case thrown out.
If you can't prove that its not dog bites after professions have said it is dog bites, then everything else seems to be irrelevant in this case. Unless KR sic'd the dog on him.. there is just a bunch of bullshite trying to prove she hit him. It really blows my mind that this is where they are... Another trial. I would think there are a lot of judges out there who would have thrown this case out.

The defense filed a motion stating that the commonwealth opened the door to Dr. Laposada testifying about the injuries to John's right arm. Brennan questioned Dr. Russel about Dr. Laposada's report then turned around and filed a motion to restrict the defense from questioning Dr. Laposada's opinion on the dog bite wounds to John's arm.
Another dirty trick from a dirty prosecutor. Brennan is a POS and should not ever be hired as a special prosecutor. These tricks and slide of hand probably work when you are defending mob bosses.
