Aperture was paid somewhere around $350,000 for their "testing"

Comparing those two testimonies is like a highschool physics project vs top engineering school doctorate level papers. Quite frankly the CW should be embarrassed.

Forget the prosecution and the fictitious evidence they try to foist on the jury. The Judge alone should embarrass the CW.

Accident recon guy on the stand. Did lots of field tests accurately even accounting for the temperature of the tail light at the time of the accident and none was consistent with damage seen to Karen’s car. Tested at 14,17,24,29 (I think I got those correct) and discussed all findings and how and why they were incongruent with Karen’s car / OJO.

ARCCA is showing the in depth testing they did which is much more than any other expert has done on this case.

I don’t think Brennan is a dumb person, but it’s mind numbing to think how he can continue with this prosecution. Is he that jaded from defending whitey burger that he thinks all federal agents are compromised?
